<p>A multi-function compressible surface comprises a regulating system making it possible to modulate the curvature and flexing resistance in relation to the load and aerating components (31) which at the same time secure and ventilate the active part of the upholstery, the periphery of which is removably held. The strength and the curvature of the lath (32) is adjusted by a threaded component (33) which acts either by stress at the end of the blade or on the tension of a cable connected to the ends of the lath. A stop (34) helps modulate the strength of the lath (32) which is integrated into the base of a layer of flexible material by the formation of a foam (35). The whole fits into a shell (36) comprising edges (37) and (38) intended to form the lath support and at the same time to produce an aeration chamber (39) between the shell (36) and the base of the laths.</p> |
