<p>PURPOSE:To attain the low speed operation of a control circuit by providing a means storing a data length of outputted previously in the control circuit and selecting and deciding the object of the data length outputted next and controlling the means so that the mean value of the data outputs for plural number of times reaches a prescribed value. CONSTITUTION:An input byte string 41 is inputted to a buffer 42 adjusting the delay in the unit of bytes and simultaneously to a control circuit 43, as well. The control circuit 43 gives a control signal 44 to the buffer 42 when a preamble area 24 exists in the rubber 42 to adjust its delay, thereby adjusting the cycle length in an output byte string 45. Whether or not the data length outputted previously is longer than a proscribed length is stored and the object of the data length outputted next is set shorter or longer than the prescribed length opposite to the to the stored information. Thus, the jitter suppression effect is provided and the low speed operation is attained by magnifying the processing data width.</p> |
