<p>In a process for manufacturing clinkers from sludges containing heavy metals, in particular electroplating sludges, river and/or harbour sludges, the sludge is blended with clay, in particular brickyard clay, and possibly lean clay and fluxes, and then burned to clinkers, in particular at temperatures between 750 and 1150 DEG C. Zeolites are added to the sludges and the clay prior to burning.</p> |
