<p>The pyrrol derivates correspond to the formula (I) in which R is an amino acid derivate, a non-proteinic peptide derivate, an osamine derivate, or a derivate of a purine base or a pyrimidic base with a free NH2 group, the pyrimidic bases being replaced by at least one -SH group, R1 is an alkyl, if necessary a substituted amine, a -SH group, possibly substituted, a primary, secondary, or tertiary alcohol, the corresponding ethers and esters, a cyclic radical or heterocycle, the salts and complexes with physiologically acceptable metals, on condition that R1 is different from hydrogen when R is a derivate of glycine, leucine, phenylalanine, tyrosin, serine, or glutamic acid. Said derivates are useful in therapeutic and cosmetic applications.</p> |
