CONTACT BOARD WITH EQUALIZING RESISTORS OF HIGH-DUTY SEMICONDUCTOR STRUCTURES' ARTICULATED EMITTERS

The goal is to improve the characteristics of the power semi-conductor component and simplify the technology of the production. The introduced goal is achieved by the fact that the equalization resistors are formed by the contact board (2) made of the semi-conductor material. The member contacts (3) of this board are distributed evenly over its surface in a mutual distance maximally equal to the greatest distance between the emitter bands (4). The greatest dimension of the member contact (3) is maximally equal to the smallest distance between the emitter bands (4) of the power semi-conductor structure. The reverse side of the contact board is equipped with a printed contact.<IMAGE>
