PURPOSE:To obtain the planographic printing plate which has an excellent adhesive property to an original picture and has the resistance to flawing of the printing surface at the time of plate preservation or plate making by providing micropatterns copresent with coated parts and noncoated parts on the surface of a layer contg. a high-polymer compd. having polyorganosiloxane in the side chain on a silicone rubber layer. CONSTITUTION:The layer (protective layer) having the graft high-polymer compd. having the polyorganosiloxane in the side chain is applied on the silicone rubber layer of the damping waterless photosensitive planographic printing plate of the silicone rubber upper layer type, by which the micropatterns copresent with the coated parts and the noncoated parts are provided on the surface of the protective layer. The graft high-polymer compd. having the polyorganosiloxane in the side chain used for the protective layer is preferably synthesized by using the macromonomer of the polyorganosiloxane.
