A baker's oven of the type having a carrier frame with a support for receiving and supporting assemblies of bread baking tins introduced thereonto from its front wherein: the support for one or more such assemblies is flanked by side @members, a lid mounted for longitudinal movement, advancing or @retracting relative to the support between the side members, and lifting means are provided for interaction between the lid and @the side members to cause the lid, when advanced, to lift clear of bread baking tins on the support and when retracted to lower into the bread baking tins. |
