The pump (1) comprises a rotating reciprocating piston (2) with a relief duct (8) controlled by a slide bush (4) swivel lever-operated (5), e.g. by a centrifugal regulator (7), to vary the amounts injected. A spring-loaded further swivel lever (9) acts as full-load stop and has its position adjustable against the spring (10) by a step-motor (19) in response to certain control parameters.This adjustment is effected via a two-armed pivoted lever (15) acting on the full-load lever (9). The motor may act directly on the lever or on a cam element with a follower rod acting on the lever
