<p>PURPOSE:To enhance reliability by simple constitution by selectively connecting the holding lead patterns of the respective bits of inherent data to a power supply and earth by printing resistors or solder to hold the inherent data and reading the voltages of the respective holding lead patterns of a data holding means by a data output means to output the inherent data. CONSTITUTION:The holding lead patterns a' - h' at every bits of inherent data formed on a printed circuit board 1 are selectively connected to a DC power supply and earth by printing resistors Rx, Ry or solder and the inherent data is digitally held to data holding means 11a - 11n without using a semiconductor such as an ROM. Further, electromotive force is generated in a current receiving coil 2 and, at the time of the transmission of the inherent data when the DC power supply is supplied from a rectifier circuit 5, the inherent data is formed from the voltages of the respective holding lead patterns by a data output means 6. Therefore, malfunction and electrostatic breakdown based on electromagnetic induction in a case using a semiconductor device are not generated and data is permanently held by simple constitution. Since the inherent data is digitally held, this card receives no effect of an element error and a temp. and humidity change.</p> |
