<p>PURPOSE:To still more improve a quality feeling and depth by laminating a transparent upper base sheet having emboss synchronous but reverse to the emboss of a colored lower base sheet to the colored lower base sheet. CONSTITUTION:A transparent upper base sheet having emboss synchronous but reverse to the emboss of a colored lower base sheet is laminated to the colored lower base sheet by an adhesive or heat welding. As the colored lower base sheet and the transparent upper base sheet, a decorative vinyl chloride sheet is used generally and the thickness of the sheet is usually 50 - 500mum and appropriately selected corresponding to an emboss shape. The emboss shapes of both sheets are given by molds synchronous to each other in reverse relationship as ones for the lower and upper base sheets. Further, for the purpose of enhancing surface physical properties, other sheet may be doubled with the surface of the upper base sheet or a sheet coated with other resin may be used. In lamination, emboss is applied to the non-laminating surface of the upper base sheet for the purpose of gloss adjustment or external emboss.</p> |
