PURPOSE:To obtain platelet coagulation inhibitor effective for prevention and remedy of thrombosis having strong platelet coagulation-inhibiting activity containing acetylaranotin is active ingredient. CONSTITUTION:Acetylaranotin expressed by the formula is contained in the aimed inhibitor. The compound expressed by the formula is obtained using Aspergillus terreus GSL 299 strain having excellent productivity among strains separated from soil. Said inhibitor is able to be used in both methods of oral and parenteral and suitable administration doses are respectively 0.5-20mg/kg for oral and 0.05-2mg/kg for parenteral administration.
