PURPOSE:To enhance reliability of a printing image by improving the flexibility of an ink layer and the heat resistance, abrasion resistance and chemical resistance of a transfer image by using a saponified ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer as the main component of an ink composition. CONSTITUTION:When a saponified ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer is employed as an ink constituent material, ink solvent resistance can be imparted. Further, abrasion resistance is also enhanced but can be further enhanced by adding a lubricating agent. As the lubricating agent, carnauba wax and paraffin wax are pref. As a colorant, carbon black, org. pigment, inorg. pigment or a dye are selected corresponding to a hue to be used. When an isocyanate compound is added to cure the saponified ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer, solvent resistance and abrasion resistance can be enhanced. |
