PURPOSE:To prevent yielding of unacceptable products owing to stretch of a separator at the pouring time of electrolytic liquid by arranging the separator, having larger outside diameter than the inside diameter of metal container, between the positive pole agent and negative pole agent. CONSTITUTION:A positive pole agent 2 is inserted in a positive pole can 1 consisting of a metal container for a button type battery such as silver oxide battery, over which the outside diameter shall be formed larger than the inside diameter of the positive pole can 1, and further over them a separator 3 is placed being constituted with a combination of a cellophane and a porous polypropylene film. Then it is filled with a negative pole agent by pouring an electrolytic liquid, and the negative pole can be sealed fast to the positive pole can 1 by caulking with gasket interposed. Accordingly, warp of the separator 3 can be relieved even if an extension is yielded because of different grades in swelling of the component materials at the pouring time of electrolytic liquid, that will assure prevention of yielding of unacceptable products at the time of assembly and stabilization of the quality. |
