PURPOSE: To make it possible to optimize the solvent composition for predetermined chromatograph separation by conducting a plurality of times of chromatograph analyses by using selected plurality of solvent compositions, storing generated chromatograms, altering the composition, modeling the holding time of peaks, and further executing specific procedure. CONSTITUTION: To optimize the solvent composition for analyzing sample by liquid chromatography, first a plurality of solvent compositions are selected. The selected respective compositions are used, a plurality of times of chromatograph analyses are conducted, and generated chromatograms are stored. Then, the composition is altered, and the holding times of the peaks are modeled. Further, the quality of the chromatogram is modeled over the entire area of the surface, and the quality is generated and displayed over the entire area of the surface. One point of the surface is selected, and predicted chromatogram corresponding to the point is displayed. |
