PURPOSE:To make gentle revolution at the time of closing by installing a spring turned and energized in the direction of closing when a handle with a shaft section is opened while interposing viscous grease between the shaft member and a fixing side member. CONSTITUTION:A handle 1 and a shaft member 3 are unified, and a return spring 8 giving returning force in the direction of closing when the handle 1 is rotated and opened is mounted. An inner fin 4 is fixed to the shaft member 3, and set up rotatably to a fixing side member 5. Viscous grease 7 is interposed between the inner fin 4 and the fixing member 5. When the handle is returned, the handle is turned at slow speed by the shearing force of viscous grease. Accordingly, impact noises at the time of closing can be suppressed. |
