PURPOSE:To enable high injection pressure and high speed injection, by a method wherein an air-driven pump, which is fitted internally with a directional control valve, is used for a driving source pushing a piston and pressure of a fluid on a side where a sectional area is small is raised by a low-pressure air piston whose sectional area is large and discharged. CONSTITUTION:Resin 3, which is kneaded within a heating cylinder 1 with a screw 2 and moved forward, pushes up a piston 5 of a cylinder 4 provided in front of the heating cylinder and is in a measuring position through a measuring device 12. A fluid, whose pressure is raised with a pump 6 having an air- driven device, is passed through a check valve 7, stored in a pressure tank 8 and when the fluid pushes down the piston 5 on the inside of the cylinder 4 through a solenoid valve 9, the resin gains pressure and speed and is injected into the mold 10. |
