<p>The present invention relates to a self-priming centrifugal pump (1) which comprises a stator case (2) with a delivery port (5) and an outflow port and a radial-centrifugal bladed impeller (7). An ejector (16) is provided inside the case (2) and comprises an induction chamber which is connected to the intake port (3), an entrainment nozzle (17) connected to the internal chamber of the stator case and a diffusion duct (19) which is coaxial to the impeller (7) and is connected to its inflow section. A conveyor is provided after the impeller and comprises at least one radial-centripetal conveyance channel (24) and an annular outflow section which extends peripherally to the diffusion duct of the ejector. The conveyor (24) has a configuration which is suitable for directing the flow which leaves the impeller toward a central portion of the case which is adjacent to the outer portion of the diffusion duct (19) and is distant from the delivery port (5), and for making said flow laminar so as to facilitate the separation of air and its migration toward the delivery port (5).</p> |
