<p>PURPOSE:To obtain easily and at high efficiency a pouring-out port whose gas barrier properties are high, by a method wherein after formation of the pouring-out port which is obtained by sticking an aluminum membrane to the rear with insert molding, high-frequency induction heating of the aluminum membrane is performed. CONSTITUTION:An aluminum membrane 6 is set up within a mold of an injection molding device and then insert molding where molten resin is injected into the die is performed. After cooling and solidification of injecting resin, a completed pouring-out port 4 is taken out of the mold and the aluminum membrane 6 of the pouring-out port 4 is high-frequency-induction-heated. The high-frequency induction heating can be performed by electrifying a high-frequency induction heating coil 7 by positioning the pouring-out port 4 underneath the high-frequency induction heating coil 7 by turning the aluminum membrane 6 upward. With this construction, an aluminum foil 6B is heated, thermoplastic resin layers 6A, 6C on the top and bottom of the aluminum foil 6B are molten and a resin layer 6A is stuck firmly to the rear of a pouring-out port main body 5. Then end surfaces of the resin layers 6A, 6C are stuck reliably to a hollow side surface 5F of the rear of the pouring-out port main body 5 and an end surface of the aluminum foil 6B is protected.</p> |
