<p>PURPOSE:To make a heating device maintenance-free and excellent in a heat efficiency and to enable adoption of the device for a household bath by constructing it of an oil tank provided with an electric heater for heating, an expansion tank, an oil circulation pipe in the lower part of the oil tank and gas vent pipe in the upper part thereof. CONSTITUTION:An oil outflow port 18 in the lower part of an oil tank 6 and an oil inflow port 24 in the bottom part of an expansion tank 20 are connected through a trap element 26 positioned below the oil outflow port 18. Accordingly, the oil outflow port 18 is positioned on the low temperature side, while an oil 16 flowing into the expansion tank 20 is not heated nearly at all due to a heat-insulating effect of the trap element 26. Since the oil 16 in the expansion tank 20 is not heated to a high temperature in this way, it is not subjected to air oxidation even when it comes into contact with air through a vent hole 22 provided in the expansion tank 20. Besides, since the fore end of a gas vent pipe 27 from a gas exhaust port 17 in the upper part of the oil tank 6 is opened in the oil in the expansion tank 20 at least when the oil is heated, the oil 16 heated to a high temperature is interrupted completely from air and not subjected to the air oxidation, and also a gas generated is condensed and collected in the oil.</p> |
