<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a clogging of a catalyst cylinder and a deterioration of a catalyst by a method wherein a dust collecting means composed of an electrical charging part for electrically charging dusts in a raw air and a dust collecting part for use in collecting electrically charged dusts is arranged at an upstream side of a catalyst reacting means. CONSTITUTION:A dust collecting means 11 for use in removing ultrafine dusts is arranged at an uptream side of a catalyst cylinder 4, i.e. a front stage of a compressor 3 or a front stage of an auxiliary filter 2a. The filtering means 11 may remove dusts of relatively large size contained in the raw air flowing through a filter 2 with the first filter 12 and the second filter 15. The fine dusts not collected but passed are electrically charged by the electrical charging part 13 and then collected with either a dust collecting part 14a or 14b. Then, the dusts are compressed with a compressor 3 and sent to a main body of an air liquidation separator through a catalyst cylinder 4 and an adsorption unit 5. This dust collecting unit 14 is periodically cleaned with cleaning liquid and after cleaning operation, the dust collecting part is dried with the raw air A or a discharged gas W. In this way, it is possible to prevent a clogging of the catalyst cylinder or a deterioration of the catalyst caused by adhesion of dust to it.</p> |
