PURPOSE:To reduce memory capacity by modifying OFF data based on frequency data corresponding to operation command frequency then controlling a switching element based on the modified OFF data. CONSTITUTION:Combination of fixed ON data and reference OFF data is stored, by an amount of predetermined electrical angle, in a memory section 8, and frequency data for modifying OFF data are also stored therein. Control section 9 reads out operation frequency command for a compressor 1 and modifies the OFF data, according to the frequency, through utilization of frequency data for modifying the OFF data according to the operational frequency and the reference OFF data. Then a power transistor section 2 is driven through base drive section 5 while utilizing the ON data and the OFF data corresponding to the frequency. |
