PURPOSE:To smoothly and surely take out the ovary of a fish without injuring the ovary by disposing a means for hooking and separating an organ bonding the ovary taken out from the abdominal cavity of the fish body by a roe- collecting means to the taken-out fish body. CONSTITUTION:A beheaded fish body F is carried out in a posture wherein the abdomen of the fish body F is directed on the downstream side of the carrying direction R, and the ovary Fa in the abdominal cavity of the fish body F is taken out by a roe-collecting means 5, 43. An organ Fa1 bonding the ovary Fa taken out from the abdominal cavity of the fish body by the roe-collecting means 6, 43 to the fish body F from which the ovary is taken out is hooked on and separated with a piano line 52. The ovary taken out from the abdominal cavity of the fish body F by the roe-collecting means can be surely separated from the fish body, thereby permitting to prevent the injury of the ovary taken out from the abdominal cavity and improve the quality of the taken ovary. |
