DEVICE FOR AUTOMATICALLY COAGULATING SOYMILK

PURPOSE:To carry out dispersion and emulsification of a coagulant into soymilk by providing a coagulant storing part on a rotatable supporting arm in coagulating and stirring mechanism and vertically movably hanging an ultrasonic oscillator vertically movably opposite to the opening of a bucket in the tip of the supporting arm. CONSTITUTION:Soymilk is packed in a bucket 12 capable of turning sideways by a soymilk packing mechanism 5. A coagulant is added to the packed soymilk and the mixture is stirred. Further, solidified soymilk obtained by the mechanism 6 is broken by breaking mechanism 7. A coagulant storing part 20 is provided on a rotatable supporting arm 19 and simultaneously an ultrasonic oscillator is hung vertically movably in the tip of the supporting arm 19 opposite to the upper opening of a bucket 12. Namely, dispersion and emulsification of the coagulant into soymilk can be rapidly carried out the hygienic coagulating and stirring action can be always carried out by practicing blending and stirring of soymilk and coagulant utilizing cavitation effects of ultrasonic oscillator.
