PURPOSE:To surely produce TOFU (bean curd) tor small business use or home use by simplifying complicate process and automatically controlling the process. CONSTITUTION:A rotating cutter 1 is provided in the center of bottom of a cylindrical pan 2. A hollow shaft equipped with flange for supporting a cutter shaft and pan 2 is detachably fitted through a coupling into a hollow shaft of a motor 8. A heater 17 for heating is provided outside the pan 2. A mesh-like filter cylinder 18 is detachably fitted in the pan 2 and an outer receiving tank 19 is arranged in the periphery. A forming dish 21 for TOFU (bean curd) is arranged under the soymilk-extracting port of the outer receiving tank 19 and a rotating stirrer 22 is provided on the bottom a solidifying agent charging device 26 is arranged above the forming dish 21. A controller 30 for controlling a chain of processes of time for pulverizing raw soybean, heating time of heater, detection of boiling, centrifuging squeezing time, stirring time and charging timing of solidifying agent is provided in the aimed device. |
