PURPOSE: To strengthen radiation within the range of high heat demand quantity without any high pressure loss by vertically arranging outgoing side and incoming side smoke passes through a horizontal intermediate wall and decreasing the height of outgoing side smoke pass of a heating register in the flowing direction of hot gas. CONSTITUTION: This oven is provided with plural oven chambers 1 and a heating register 3, through which the hot gas flows, arranged on the upside and downside of the oven chambers and connected to longitudinal distribution and collection passages 11 and 12 at the back of the oven. That heating register 3 is divided into smoke passes 9 and 10 on the outgoing side and incoming side of hot gas by one intermediate wall 8 at least not extended to a terminal wall 6. These outgoing and incoming side smoke passes 9 and 10 are formed while being vertically positioned through the horizontal intermediate wall 8, and the height of the smoke pass 9 on the outgoing side of the heating register 3 is decreased in the flowing direction of hot gas. As a result, the radiation can be strengthened in the range of high heat demand quantity without generating any high pressure loss. |
