PURPOSE:To cool without irregularity by partitioning a room partitioned in a refrigerator into a plurality of spaces, and controlling a damper for regulating the blow of chilled gas to a communication duct with the signal from a selected one of temperature detectors provided in the respective spaces. CONSTITUTION:A refrigeration room 5 is partitioned into partition racks 22a - 22c via racks 15, and temperature detectors 24a - 24c are respectively disposed therein. If any one is used as a representative temperature detector 24a and the represented value is lower than a set temperature, a damper thermostat 11 is opened to guide chilled gas into a communication duct 21. On the other hand, if the represented value is higher, the thermostat 11 is controlled in a closing direction. If the temperature distribution of the racks 22a - 22c becomes irregular and any one of the detectors 24a - 24c is out of a predetermined temperature range from the set temperature, the opening/closing of the thermostat 11 is controlled irrespective of the represented value. Thus, cooling without irregularity in the room can be effectively performed. |
