PURPOSE:To construct a compressor light and small by furnishing a planetary gearing mechanism between a crank shaft for moving a piston reciprocatively and a drive motor to rotate this crank shaft, and by giving an inertia moment with a flywheel mounted on the planet gear. CONSTITUTION:Through a connecting rod 10, a piston 6 fitted in a cylinder 4 installed in a compressor body 2 is coupled with a crank shaft 8, which is coupled with the output shaft of a drive motor 12 through a planetary gearing mechanism 14. This mechanism 14 is equipped with an inner gear 18 fitted by key 16 to the compressor body 2, a sun gear 20 mounted on the output shaft of the drive motor 12, and a plurality of planet gears 28 borne by a flange 22 installed at the input end 8a of the crank shaft 8 and provided with a flywheel 26 consolidatedly, wherein the revolving speed of the planet gear 28 shall be more accelerated than the revolving speed of the sun gear. Thereby the inertia moment of the system is enlarged with a minor additional inertia moment, that contributes to achieving the compressor light and small. |
