PURPOSE:To prevent the softening and dropping of an active material and extend the life without reducing the utilization factor by covering an electrode plate with a nonwoven fabric made of fiber-shaped heat shrinkage resin, then heat-shrinking it. CONSTITUTION:A fiber-shaped nonwoven fabric made of heat contraction resin is covered on an electrode plate and heated with a hot plate. The nonwoven fabric is shrunk by this heating and covers the surface of the electrode plate. The expansion and contraction of an active material can be thereby suppressed, softening and dropping are prevented, and the life is extended. |
