PURPOSE: To control an electronic sound synthesizer device by varying an electrical signal in response to the fluctuation of the flow rate and the direction of an air flow passing through a passage. CONSTITUTION: In a harmonica 11, an electrical distortion gage 21 is extended to the passage 17 to detect the direction and the flow rate of the air flow. The curvature 21a of the gage 21 in one direction increases electrical resistance as the function of a curved degree and the curvature 21b in an opposite direction gradually reduces the resistance. A signal generated by blowing into the passage 17 like this is distinguished from a signal generated by sucking in to detect the direction of the air flow to provide two music signal for each passage. Various modification can be selected by a switch 24 and in order to send a signal to a sound synthesizer 26, a multi-core signal cable 32 is plug-mounted to a jack 31, and provided with a little radio transmitter 33 with low power, having an antenna line 34. Thus, an electronic sound synthesizer is controlled. |
