PURPOSE:To flexibly generate charts and sentences which properly express contents by providing a restriction putting rule group storage means and putting restrictions on the expression of a display medium to generate a prescribed structure. CONSTITUTION:Contents to be presented as charts and sentences are given to an input means 1, and a restriction putting means 2 applies restriction putting rule groups to structures of charts and sentences based on contents to put on restrictions on them. A structure of positional or logical relations between constituting elements of charts and sentences is generated. A picture output managing means 3 receives the output from the means 2 and displays drawing data and character strings assigned to respective constituting elements on a display means 4. These drawing data and character strings are described in a display medium attribute group storage means 6 to generate the structure. Thus, charts and sentences to properly express contents are flexibly generated in accordance with contents. |
