PURPOSE:To easily deactivate a predetermined part within a short time by arranging a heat source to a part to be deactivated directly or indirectly and performing the partial deactivation of enzyme by the heat of the heat source. CONSTITUTION:A heat source 7 is brought into contact with the rear part of a substrate 5 at the position corresponding to the part to be deactivated of the enzyme film 6 formed to photosensitive polyvinyl alcohol by applying glucose oxidase to said alcohol. The heat from the heat source 7 is transmitted to the substrate 5 and a part of said heat is transmitted to the enzyme film 6 through an acting electrode 2 being a conductive pattern and a deactivated part 6b is formed around the formation part of the acting electrode 2 by this heat. A part containing an acting electrode 1 holds enzymatic activity without being affected by the heat from the heat source 7 to become an enzyme immobilized part 6a. Further, in order to perform temp. control easily, the heat source 7 is desirably one utilizing heat generated by electric resistance. |
