<p>PURPOSE:To easily obtain the plural memory macro of one kind of different RAM macro capacity by adding a means to designate and decide a mapping address in various memory macros. CONSTITUTION:For example, an address bus 5 and a data bus 6 in a microcom puter 1 are respectively connected to address input lines A0-A15 and data output lines O0-O7 of four ROM macros 31-34 of 8K bytes and set to the four kinds of different values like respective address designating terminals 21-24. When this 32K bytes macro is replaced and connected to a ROM macro 3 of the microcomputer 1, the microcomputer of building-in ROM capacity 32K bytes. Thus, the plural memory macros of the various capacity can be easily prepared by one kind of ROM macro.</p> |
