<p>PURPOSE: To effectively remove unnecessary gas without contaminating the product in an airtight container by enveloping an absorbent with a high polymer film which is impermeable to liquids and solids and is permeable to gases and putting this absorbent into the container. CONSTITUTION: The absorbent or adsorbent, such as sodium sulfite, calcium hydroxide or active carbon, is enveloped by the high polymer film of silicone, low-density polyethylene or the like which is impermeable to the liquids and solids and is permeable to the gases. When this absorbent or adsorbent is put together with the product into the airtight package container and the container is packaged, this high polymer film is impermeable to the liquids and the solids and does not, therefore, contaminate the product. Since the gases freely permeate the film, the unwanted gases are permeated through the film and are absorbed and removed into the absorbent or adsorbent. Then, the generation of a large amt. of the gases in the container and the explosion of the container are prevented.</p> |
