PURPOSE:To widely shorten a time for transaction by providing plural hold parts to hold plural slips for public utility charges payment, continuously putting-in the public utility charges paying slips and afterwards, continuously processing the payment transaction of those slips. CONSTITUTION:An inserted public utility charges paying slip 16 is collated with the designation of a customer and when the slip is coincident with the designation, the slip is taken into respective hold traveling parts 44a-44e of a hold part 43. Then, selection is executed by a control part 55. For example, in the case of the hold traveling part 44a, a hold traveling path 44a is opened and the public utility charges paying slip 16, which is temporarily stopped, is advanced. When the slip 16 is passed through a gate 49a, the slip is stopped and held by rollers 47a and 48a. In such a state, payment processing is executed and after the payment processing is finished, a gate 37 of a slip issuing part 34 is opened. Then, a roller 39 is rotated and a receipt 35 is issued from a box 40 and printed by a printing head 32. Afterwards, the receipt is discharged to an inserting port 15. Thus, the transaction is continuously processed and the time for the transaction is widely shortened. |
