<p>PURPOSE: To cost effectively form a desired gas by mixing a sufficient amt. of a main component with a gaseous mixture in such a manner that an intermediate gaseous mixture composed of residual components and the main component remains in the state of a single gaseous phase down to a specific temp. under high pressure and adding the remaining part of the main component to this intermediate gaseous mixture. CONSTITUTION: Such a gaseous mixture which is the gaseous mixture composed of the main one component (e.g. N2 ) and the remaining components (e.g. 70% CO2 , 20% O2 and 10% A) and remains in the state of the single gaseous phase down to about -20 deg.C in the high pressure state in which the gaseous mixture is stored into a cylinder under about >=100 bars is supplied. At this time, the intermediate gaseous mixture formed by the remaining components and the main component is prepd. in the high- pressure cylinder 5 by using the main component of the amt. sufficient for the intermediate gaseous mixture to remain at the single gaseous phase down to about -20 deg.C under the high pressure. The intermediate gaseous mixture is taken out of the cylinder 5 and the remaining part of the main component is added from a cold evaporator 1 to the intermediate gaseous mixture in order to form the desired gaseous mixture. Consequently, the desired gaseous mixture can be conomically produced.</p> |
