PURPOSE:To reduce man-hour in manufacture and prevent a subchannel from being bent with a compressive force by providing an opening extending in the longitudinal direction at a portion other than the portion of the subchannel facing a superconductor wire, thereby making the subchannel long-sized without inconveniencing the cleaning of inside. CONSTITUTION:As a subchannel 4 is provided with an opening 4b, cleaning of the inside after machining a hole 4a is performed easily through the opening 4b. As a result, man-hour for manufacture is reduced and buckling during winding process is prevented. The subchannel 4 may be made long-sized without inconveniencing the cleaning of the inside. As a result, man-hour in the manufacture is reduced and the subchannel 4 is prevented from buckling. |
