PURPOSE:To automatically and efficiently charge, clean and discharge a product by charging a work into a barrel hung from a transfer truck, hanging up the barrel, moving the barrel and cleaning the work with a cleaning soln., a liq. shower, etc., while rotating the barrel. CONSTITUTION:The barrel 1 rotatably held by the arm 30 of a hanging frame 29 is rotated by a rotation imparting mechanism 42 in the work charging and discharging line A in a frame 22, and the opening 4 is shifted and opened. A small work such as a bolt is charged from the opening 4 through a charging machine 44. The barrel 1 is then rotated, and the opening 4 is closed by a lid 6 and locked. The barrel 1 is hung up by the motor 26 of a transfer truck 21, and the truck 21 is moved to a work cleaning line B along a rail 23. The barrel 1 is then lowered and dipped in a cleaning soln. 65. While the barrel 1 is rotated by a rotation impairing mechanism 67a, the barrel 1 is passed successively through a liq.-shower vapor cleaning zone 63 and a draining and drying zone 64 from a cleaning tank 62. The barrel 1 is returned to the charging position and rotated to open the opening 4 downward, and the cleaned work is placed in the basket 53 of a work receiving part 55 and discharged. |
