PURPOSE:To prevent improper use of a medium by allowing a user to select if he or she needs said medium and collecting said medium without issuing when the user selects it unnecessary. CONSTITUTION:When a user forgets to receive a receipt R or manipulates a key on a CRT display part 5 to indicate that he or she does not need the receipt R, a collecting gate 41 guides the receipt R which is rotated downward and transferred in a reverse direction to a collecting path 37. When the user indicates through manipulation of the key on the CRT display part 5 that the receipt is not necessary to be issued, a receipt carrying path 34 is turned in a reverse direction to take in the receipt R when the receipt R comes to a receipt discharging port 6, and at the same time, the collecting gate 41 is turned downward and guided to the side of the collecting path 37. Accordingly, it is prevented that the user discards the receipt R and the other person uses the receipt R for an improper purpose. |
