<p>PURPOSE:To prevent damage of a base material at the time of melting thermoplastic filament threads by forming a knitted cloth by the plural number of threads knitted to form the base material having a plurality of wales and the plural number of thermoplastic filament threads knitted into the base material in the intermediate part. CONSTITUTION:A stringer tape 10 has a fastener element line 12 and an element mounting part 13 for supporting it on the inner edge and an intermediate part 14 for mounting a tape 11 to a fixed material 15 such as a cloth consisting of thermoplastic synthetic resin between the inner edge and the outer edge. The intermediate part 14 has a warp L4 consisting of the plural number of thermoplastic filament threads made of polyvinyl chloride. The warp L4 is linearly knitted in the channels between adjacent pairs among the 4th to 10th wales of the knitted cloth. The thermoplastic filament threads are provided in this way. Hence, the intermediate part 14 can be thermally stuck to the cloth 15 made of thermoplastic synthetic resin, and the base material is never damaged.</p> |
