Assembly for facade-cladding, comprising panels which are each made up of a single sheet metal piece, folded in order to constitute a flat central part 1, and four edges which are inclined with respect to this central zone. A first 6 of these edges has a flat extension 11, parallel to the central zone, and deviating from the latter, and provided with connection means 16, 17 with the fixing members which can be vertical profiles 20 bearing studs 323, 34 which are intended to co-operate with the fastening means 16, 17, and, on the other hand, two holes 14, 15 for attachment to an adjacent panel, and a second 8 of the edges, opposite the first one, has a second extension 13, flat and parallel to the central zone, on its face opposite the central zone, fastening studs 17, 18 which co-operate with the attachment holes 14, 15 of the adjacent panel. The positioning of a panel simultaneously on the securing members and on the adjacent panel is preferably effected by means of a simple lateral displacement. <IMAGE>
