<p>PURPOSE:To enable the baking in a reducing atmosphere in a short time, lower the dielectric constant, and improve the insulating properties by mixing an org. binder with an inorg. component contg. a lead oxide selected from the group consisting of Pb2O3, Pb3O4, and PbO2 and kneading the resulting mixture. CONSTITUTION:An insulating paste is prepd. by mixing an org. binder (e.g. ethylcellulose soln. in alpha-terpineol) with an inorg. component contg. a lead oxide selected from the group consisting of Pb2O3, Pb3O4, and PbO2 (e.g. a mixture comprising PbO2, B2O3 and SiO2) and kneading the resulting mixture.</p> |
