The present invention relates to a module for communication between a vehicle and an infrastructure. The communication module comprises a transmitter-receiver 1 of an electromagnetic signal, a transfer memory 2, a microprocessor 4, a main memory 3 a part of which includes protected access, an electrical energy source 6. It is characterised in that, in the said part of the main memory, information relating to the said vehicle is recorded.
