PURPOSE: To obtain a releasable connecting or attaching device which is less inclined to be unexpectedly detached by including a lock means and a control means in a hollow handle part and providing a head part with a release mechanism which prevents operation of the control means. CONSTITUTION: A head part 12, a hollow handle part 11 which projects from the head part 12 to be inserted to a receptacle, and a control means 16 which is attached in the handle part 11 movably between a first position for holding a lock means 15 in the lock state and a second position for permission of movement to the free state are included. The head part 12 is provided with an operation means 20, which moves the control means 16 from the first position to the second position, and another means 21 which is adapted to prevent the operation of the operation means 20 due to careless or unexpected engagement in cooperation with the operation means 20. Thus, the releasable connecting or attaching device is obtained which is not unexpectedly detached even in the case that the device is not engaged by mechanical lock in the engaged skate. |
