PURPOSE: To easily peel a corner of a label from a support paper with the label so that the label is easily peeled off from the support paper by achieving the operation so that the movement of a sliding plate may cause the sliding of a label holding surface along the line which is approximately parallel to the holding surface while the label holding surface is engaged with the label and the support paper. CONSTITUTION: A corner 46 on an assembly of peelable adhesive labels of the type having a label surface 48 and a support paper surface 50 is inserted in an opening part 32 between a slender member 12 and a base part member 20. The force from an operator closes the opening part 32 and grips the label between holding surfaces 18 and 26. The corner is bent at approximately 90% deg. and the operator moves a sliding plate 40 forward by his thumb. The movement of the sliding plate 40 moves the label holding surface 18 forward, and the label 48 is forward of the support paper 50. The label forms a pleat of a surface 52, and the surface 52 can be easily gripped to peel the label 48 from the support paper 50. |
