It may be produced by dispersing lyophilized vaccinia virus in a volatile silicone oil, grinding the dispersion, adding the paste or high viscosity oil, continuing the dispersing operation and removing the volatile silicone oil. The volatile oil may be removed by passing an inert gas through the dispersion. In Examples, the virus is a killed virus. |
