The relative inflows of cold- and hot water are controlled by the position of a control element (3) and with each end of the element having spherical sealing surfaces. This allows a tilting of the control element. A thermostat element (5) operates on one end of the control element. The fixed sealing surfaces are angled to simulate the spherical sealing surfaces. The valve design has no surfaces on which calcification can collect. ADVANTAGE - Less risk of valve blocking, accurate flow control. |
