PURPOSE:To avoid the limit of a capacity of a database from being imposed onto the number of addition of supervisory control means by inputting data from the database of the supervisory control means requested from an interactive processing means applying interactive processing for plant supervisory via a high speed transmission means. CONSTITUTION:When a display request is given from an interactive display device 4, an interactive processing means MMU applies an input request of a process data required for the requested display content to a data access means DAC. The data access means DAC inputs the data informed from the interactive processing means MMU via a high speed transmission means OPN from any of plant supervisory control functions FP1-FPm and the inputted process data is outputted to the interactive processing means MMU. Thus, since the interactive processing means has no database and there is no limit of the capacity of the database onto the number of addition of supervisory control means, the function expansion is improved.
