The implant consists of a rod 10, threaded externally in a self-cutting embodiment 11, comprising an axial blind hole 13 with threaded part 14, a polygonal manoeuvring head 16 and a threaded radial orifice 15; a stud 20 having a smooth axial orifice 21 with countersink 22; a cheese-head screw 30; a square bracing element 4 and two screws 50 with stopper 51 for sealing.
