The materials are sepd. by a diffusion-inhibiting layer (I) composed of an Fe, Co or Ni alloy contg.: (a) 0-40 wt.% of 1 or more of B, Al, Si, Cr, Mn, Cu, Mo or W and (b) 1 or more carbide, nitride or carbonitride forming materials (II) e.g. Ti, Zr, Nb, Hf or Ta. For a material A with combined C+N content Xa(CN) (wt.%) a layer (I) is used with a thickness B cm and a combined C+N content Xs(CN) (wt.%); its content of substances (II) is arranged so that 27.4 XsTi + 14.4 XsZr + 14.1 XsNb + 7.35 XsHf + 7.24 XsTa is greater than or equal to 101 (Xa CN (0.18-B power2) + 6 XsCN (B power(2))/(5 Bpower2 + 10.18). |
