<p>The briquetting substance is pressed at 430-540 degrees C. The pressed sections are annealed at or below pressing temp. for a time (t) in mins. at an average temp. (T) in degree C so that t = 2000/ (T-390). Specif., annealing takes place in an atmosphere containing 3% oxygen. The solidified briquettes are rapidly cooled by immersion in or spraying with water.</p> |
